Who We Are

Sri Medha Educational Trust (The Trust) established in the year 2012-13 at Krthika Annexe, Lingaraja Nagar, Unkal Cross Hubballi-31, is a leading educational provider in Hubballi city. From it’s beginnings it has led equal emphasis on quality education and social empowerment activities.

The trustees commitment to excellence not only to recruit young but also recruits dynamic faculty and serving members. The trustee thrives to establish centres of learning scientific Knowledge. Thus emerged the Medha Science PU College with the mission and vision to excel the scientific knownledge to the students in North Karnakata region at Lingaraj Nagar Unkal cross, Campus. In recent times due to widening of the road for BRTS project, the old campus was disturbed and forced to close the institute for quite some time.

Why Medha Science PU college:

Apart from the excellent infrastructure available in individual activities of the PU college, the campus office several centrally located facilities for the students notable among them, the audio system, smart boards, AC classrooms, Projectors in all classrooms and computer lab, fire alarm, separate toiletfor Girls & Boys, controlled cloud computing facility with internet to access the world over by the students Etc.

The College located at the educational hub in the Hubballi, surrounding by the renowned coaching centres such as Aakash, Avanti etc, The public utilities like Local BRTS bus stand , post office, Hospitals, Play ground and eateries etc, are nearby.

Courses / Programmes:

Medha Science PU College offices have following programmes as per the choice /desirability

Optional:

PCMB- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Biology.
PCMC- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Computer Science.
PCMS- Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Statistics.

Languages:

Kannada, English, Hindi & Sanskrit.

All the above indicated courses have been approved and as per the syllabus of Karnataka PUC Board Banglore in English medium.

Admission:

The admissions for the year 2020-21 started, the students can enrol at the admin staff corner in the college campus or by mail to srimedha2021@gmail.com or by telephone to No. 0836-2271947, cell:6364931116/7

The final admission will be made by personal visit of the students at the said corner after submitting all the certificates & marks cards as per Govt, of Karnataka guidelines.

Fee:

All the fees should be paid at the time of admission; the fee structure is as per directions issued by the Management and guidelines or govt of Karnataka,

Eligibility:

A pass in SSLC or equivalent examinations with 45% marks,

Counselling cell:

The councelling cell at the college campus facilitate the pupils timely regaring all the competitive exams viz: NEET, JEE, CED, GPMR, KVPY, NTSE-(Stage-II), BITSAT And OLLAMPIADS Etc

Administration:

The College has a leadership board and engaged educators to name few. IIT’ans, Educational experts, Long term teaching expertise teachers, society leaders and subject experts etc.

The Principal:

Principal is a humble person from corporate practice and Educational Expert with Master in English and Social Science (M.A.) with Bachelors in Education (B.Ed). His leadership and expertise in Institutional development helps in enhancing students learning capability and personality development.

Admin staff Corner:

The academic councillor, administrative and accounts staff encourage parents and students in smooth functioning of admission and other processes etc.

Faculty members at Medha Science PU college hae been the best choice among the pool of science academia arena in Hubballi and are dedicated, highly qualified and experienced.They were regularly trained though various in house programmes to enable them to excel in academic delivery and be informed of the latest in the science education.

Scholarship and Concession Guidance :

Students will earn the scholarship based on scores obtained in the Medha Instant Scholarship Test (MIST). The college will also guide the eligible students in getting scholarship from the Govt of Karnataka and oth er social service organizations, etc. on eligibility.
